We had a wonderful experience great people great food! 10/10 will be going back!

I am not typically a fan of group excursions, and this was only my second organized group trip outside of cruising. I am happy to say it was an outstanding experience, expertly organized by Certified Africa. As a meetings industry professional responsible for coordinating travel, hotels, meals, and event logistics, I understand that unexpected challenges can arise. The Certified Africa team handled every situation professionally, kept the group informed, and involved everyone in decision-making when adjustments were needed. The itinerary was diverse, engaging, and well-planned. My two standout experiences were the hands-on culinary class and the elephant sanctuary. Both were absolutely unforgettable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Thailand. Most importantly, the Certified Africa team created a warm, family-like atmosphere while delivering exceptional service and camaraderie throughout the trip. I commend the onsite team and their partners for making this a truly memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time on the Thailand experience! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and made the trip so special! The Bangkok leg of the trip was especially memorable. All of the activities were well planned and paced. The hotel and location were perfect. Unfortunately the monsoon affected our visit to Phuket, but the CA team pivoted and made sure we had a great time! All in all, it was a wonderful trip with great people.

I had an amazing experience visiting South Africa. Karl was on point the whole trip and I'm grateful he was our guide. The itinerary had the right balance of planned activities and free time. The highlights in Cape Town were Table Mountain & Cape Hope. We weren't able to visit Robben Island due to bad weather - not Certified Africa's fault. My only critical feedback is that we didn't have a local guide to explain things while driving around Cape Town. Our time in Johannesburg was great! I love that we spent time with local residents and visited areas outside of the tourist destinations. The safari was a bucket list experience for me and our day at Pilanesberg delivered! We saw so many animals - giraffes, rhinos, hippos, elephants, lions, zebra, and so many others! I appreciate spending a day in Soweto and being around our fellow black brothers and sisters. And Yeoville Dinner Club was an unforgettable experience! I highly encourage you to book your African adventure with Certified Africa! I know I will visit the Motherland again and will work with Certified Africa.
